    • Purpose: Reserved for emergency cases, such as when the Ovation Hall website is inaccessible, and you cannot submit a ticket.
    • Note: We also use WhatsApp and phone calls to speed up communication if necessary, particularly when following up on an existing support ticket.

    Important: We advise against using WhatsApp or phone calls for regular support needs, as these channels may not ensure a complete record of your requests. Messages on WhatsApp, in particular, can be missed and do not provide a reliable reference for future queries.
